These spaces exist because women operators often don't ask questions when they're the only woman in the room. Everyone can read. Posting is for women operators.
Every message is checked by the Fair Signal Protocol before it posts. Blunt is fine. Disagreeing is fine. Telling someone they should not be on the air is not.
